SPICE Models & S-Parameters
Simulation models for MCS inductors and transformers — lumped-element SPICE equivalents and RF S-parameters for circuit and signal-integrity work.
Accurate models shorten design cycles by letting you predict behavior before building hardware. MCS provides SPICE and S-parameter data for selected parts on request.
SPICE Models
Lumped equivalent-circuit models capture the behavior that matters in circuit simulation — inductance, DC resistance, inter-winding capacitance and frequency-dependent loss — for power and signal designs.
- For use in LTspice, PSpice and compatible simulators
- Useful for converter, filter and bias-network simulation
- Available for selected series on request
S-Parameters
For RF and wideband parts, Touchstone (.s2p / .sNp) files characterize insertion loss, return loss and impedance across frequency.

- Support matching-network, filter and signal-integrity design
- Characterized across the part’s usable frequency range
